Hi, I’m Kayci

I’m a coach, entrepreneur, and mom building sustainable income through content — and helping other moms do the same.

For years, I’ve built coaching-based businesses rooted in clarity, structure, and long-term growth. I’ve led small group cohorts, created digital products, and supported clients in building systems that actually work in real life. Coaching, for me, has always been about helping someone take something that feels overwhelming and turn it into something steady and doable. I’ve never been interested in quick wins. I care about what lasts.

When I started taking Facebook monetization seriously, I approached it the same way I approach everything else I build. Instead of chasing trends or trying to reinvent myself online, I focused on understanding how the platform works. I paid attention to data. I stayed consistent. I experimented and refined. Within a relatively short period of time, I found myself on track for earning over $500 per month just from posting consistently. There were no products involved, no launches, and no selling. It was simply content that people chose to watch and engage with, and monetization that followed from that consistency.

I’m still building. That part is intentional. I don’t want to teach from a pedestal. I want to coach from within the process.

I’m also doing this as a stay-at-home and work-from-home mom to two little girls — a toddler and a baby. My days are full and often unpredictable, which is exactly why sustainability matters so much to me. I don’t have endless quiet hours to create, and I know most moms don’t either. Anything I build has to fit into real life — into nap schedules, snack breaks, and the in-between moments. If a strategy only works when life is calm and uninterrupted, it’s not a strategy I’m interested in.

The Mom Creator Collective grew out of that realization. I saw so many programs that were either overwhelming, expensive, or focused heavily on selling. What I wanted — and what I couldn’t find — was a simple, supportive space where moms could learn how Facebook monetization actually works, reflect on real dashboards, set realistic goals, and build something steady over time. Not overnight success, but real income that starts small and grows gradually. Income that might first cover groceries, then help with a car payment, then contribute toward a mortgage or debt. Income that eventually changes how it feels to open your bank account.

I don’t claim to have all the answers. What I do have is experience building businesses, coaching through process, and staying steady when growth feels slow. I know how to simplify what feels complicated. I know how to build systems that make consistency possible. And I believe that when women build together instead of in isolation, they grow faster and with far less burnout.

If you’re a mom who feels called to create and wants to build income through Facebook monetization in a way that feels grounded and sustainable, this space was built with you in mind.
